Damaged Products

In most cases, there is nothing Newface can do about damaged products. However, if you chose FedEx as shipping method, you are entitled to up to U$100 dollars insurance for damages. Please click here to submit an inquiry about your product if you used FedEx. After we receive your inquiry we will get in contact with FedEx to clarify and analyze the situation. This process usually takes about 5 business days. After the inquiry is cleared we will send a replacement.

CONDITION 1: The product must be untouched/unused including any addendum that comes with it
CONDITION 2: Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order

If any of this conditions are violated your claim will be voided and canceled.

Product Exchange

If the product is brand new and unused, therefore in its original condition, you are entitled to a product exchange. The customer will be responsible for any price discrepancy, including shipping and handling. Newface will charge a 15% restocking fee on top of any price add-on.

Used items cannot be exchanged and are not applicable for a refund under any circumstance. If we receive any used or damaged product we will not process it and the customer will be in charge of paying for any additional shipping and handling costs.


Newface warranty covers:

  • Damage caused by manufacture defect during the first two years of purchase
  • All authentic Newface products
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, we will provide a similar product of comparable value
  • Warranty is covered up to 2 years from the original purchase date; regardless of how many times the product has been used

Newface warranty does not cover:

  • Tarnishing from abnormal use
  • Lost or stolen product
  • Makeup or debris buildup within the bristles
  • Abused product
  • Limit on 2 exchanges per transaction, per product

Other Information

Any fees and/or costs associated with customer errors, such as an incorrect address, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Newface is not responsible for lost or stolen orders

The client has 48 hours to report any discrepancy.
